Disconnect and Reconnect!
A space to deepen your spiritual practices without the distractions of life. Whether you are a beginner or have been practicing yoga for years, Sadhana retreat is unique opportunity to step up your sadhana. The key to this development is the amount of time you dedicate to asanas, pranayama and meditation under the guidance of an expert teacher.
It is your “me time” that you deserve away from the tasks and stress of everyday life. A few days to yourself can be transformative as you connect with yourself. This connect while you centre yourself is proven to heal the body and mind phenomenally.
It is not only the time to disconnect but to connect with the like minded community. It can be the beginning of some great friendships and shared experiences.
It is also an opportunity to further expand your knowledge through the talks on Yoga philosophy, nutrition, meditation and various aspects of life.
The food provided during the retreat is chosen with care for health and well-being. It is a homemade, vegetarian, sattvic and highly pranic food – made with love and care with the same principles of Isha Ashram by the teacher herself.
Indulge in a truly elevating dining experience, where you not only savour the delectable creations from India, but also forge a deep connection with your food. Meals are served in an serene ambiance that encourages moments of silence and introspection, allowing you to fully engage with each bite and appreciate the nourishment it provides for your body and soul.
Disconnect with technology and connect with nature.
