Prepare the body for advanced Hatha Yoga



Relieves physical stress and tiredness
Strengthens the joints and muscles
Rejuvenates the body after periods of inactivity
Negates the effects of jetlag and long travel


Practice requisite:

Suitable for ages 14+

Low level intensity

No prior knowledge of yoga needed


Post Learning:

Takes minimum of 30 minutes everyday
