Sadhana time is a very subtle processe to manipulate one’s energy to naturally achieve a chemistry of health, joy, blissfulness, and above all balance.
This 2.5 hrs session includes the correction for all your practices, a guided Yogasanas session, followed by meditations and Nada Yoga.
