No prior knowledge of yoga needed


Post Learning:

Takes minimum of 30 minutes everyday

One Month Program (4 sessions)

19th May: 6:45pm to 8:15pm

26th May: 6:45pm to 8:15pm

2nd June: 6:45pm to 8:15pm

9th June: 6:45pm to 8:15pm
