Pranayama Workshop – May 3

Pranayama is more than simple breathing exercises and it must be practised systematically and under proper guidance. It is not merely breath control, but a technique through which the quantity of Prana – the basic life force, in the body is activated.

 

Practice requisites:

  • Low level intensity
  • No prior experience of Yoga required

 

Pranayama Workshop timings:

  • Session 1: May 3, Friday at 17:00 to 19:00
  • Session 2: June 7, Friday at 17:00 to 19:00

 Practice Sessions timings:

  • Session 3: June 12, Wednesday at 17:00 to 19:00

All Workshops Sessions are mandatory to attend
