Hatha Yoga – 12-Day Summer Camp

Learn all major Isha Hatha Yoga practices – just in 12 days!

The program is comprised of:

  • 12 sessions of 2.5 hrs each (Total of 30 hrs)
  • 45 min extra time for meal after session everyday (Total 9 hrs)
  • Total duration of the whole program: 39 hrs
  • Small Batch Size to maintain the quality of the teaching.

Practice requisite:

  • Age 14 and above
  • No prior knowledge of yoga needed
  • Should be able to understand simple English
  • Low to medium intensity level

  • Session 1: July 13, Thursday at 17:00
  • Session 2: July 14, Friday at 17:00
  • Session 3: July 15, Saturday at 08:00
  • Session 4: July 16, Sunday at 08:00
  • Session 5: July 20, Thursday at 17:00
