Yogasanas are offered as a set of 21 powerful postures to enable the system to sustain higher dimensions of energy. This profound science enhances how one thinks, feels, and experiences life.
Like all other Isha practices, this practice is also taught with simple instructions by an accredited Isha™ Hatha Yoga teacher and then can be practiced at home on your own.

Practice Requisite

  • Suitable for age 14+
  • Medium level intensity
  • No prior experience of Yoga required

Post Learning

  • Takes minimum of 45 minutes everyday

No. of sessions

Yogasanas is comprised of two levels – Beginner’s and Advanced

    • Beginner’s Workshop: 4 sessions of 2.5 hrs each (Total 10 hrs)
    • Advanced Workshop: 1 session of 2.5 hrs
    • Complimentary Sessions: 2 session of 1.5 hrs
    • Total Duration of whole Program: 15.5 hrs
